Terms
1% 10 days from date on invoice, net 30 days. Accounts showing balances owing past 60 days will be placed on credit hold and charged 1% interest per month. Orders may be paid by MasterCard, Visa or American Express at receipt of invoice. Credit card orders are not eligible for cash discount. Any orders paid by credit card later than 10 days from invoice date may be subject to 3% handling fee.
Freight
Orders totaling 0–$150 net will be charged $15.00 for shipping and handling. Orders totaling $151–$2,999 net will be charged 10% of merchandise total for shipping and handling. Single orders, within the continental United States, that exceed $3,000 net will be shipped freight prepaid.
Broken Cases
All products are sold in standard packing cartons only as listed in the price list. Any order calling for less than standard pack will be charged $8.00 NET PER CASE.
Credit
Orders placed by buyers without established credit with Service Ideas, Inc. must be accompanied by check, credit card or credit application. Initial orders for open credit status must meet a minimum net total of $500. Orders will ship as soon as possible after credit has been approved or regular check has cleared. Orders paid by cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, certified check or money order will ship as soon as possible. Call 1-800-328-4493 for exact cash amounts or to request a credit application. We reserve the right to establish or refuse any business entity or individual as a customer.
Special Order Items
A sign off will be required on our special order release form stating that the order will not be canceled or returned. Minimum order quantities are required.

All prices in US dollars ($) and subject to change without notice.
Lost and Damaged Shipments
Risk of loss is buyer’s upon delivery to carrier; therefore, whenever the seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to a common carrier, any goods ordered by buyer, whether the particular common carrier shall have been designated in the shipping or routing instruction of buyer or not, seller shall not be responsible for any delays or damages in shipment and the common carrier to which the seller shall deliver goods shipped to buyer is hereby declared to be the agent of the buyer. All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours to the carrier and Service Ideas. Secure an inspection report from the carrier. Concealed damage not reported to Service Ideas within 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for credit.
Returns
By definition, returns are any merchandise sold by Service Ideas, Inc. that is to be returned to the factory. Returns within 6 months of invoice date are NOT SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE. Returns received 6–12 months of invoice date or related to overstock are subject to restocking charges, not to exceed 20%. No returns will be accepted after 12 months. All returns to be restocked must be complete case packs, received in the unopened original cartons and merchandise must be current, standard catalog items. We are unable to accept returns of obsolete, special order, custom or crested products. No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. To receive authorizations please call 1-800-328-4493 and provide the following information. All returns must be freight prepaid.

- Exact carton count
- Original invoice number and purchase order number
- Reasons for return
- Exact quantity and model numbers
U.S. Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy
- INTRODUCTION: Service Ideas, Inc. (“Service Ideas”) takes great pride in the products we create and have spent almost 75 years building a brand known for quality and pride in the subtle details. We recognize the value our authorized dealer/reseller (each a “Reseller”) network has on our success, and we further recognize our Resellers invest significant time and resources to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Similarly, we take pride in our brand and want to ensure it is recognized as a quality brand in the marketplace. To that end, effective as of the date set forth above, this Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (the “Policy”) on Service Ideas’ products outlined in the MAP Pricing Sheet attached hereto (the prices set forth therein are referred to as the Minimum Advertised Price(s)) will be in effect.
- UNILATERAL MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING POLICY: This Policy has been unilaterally adopted by Service Ideas. Nothing in this policy shall constitute an agreement between Service Ideas and any Reseller. Service Ideas is not requesting any response or agreement from any Reseller, nor will Services Ideas invite or accept any input into how the Policy will be administered or maintained. The Reseller can choose whether to follow this policy or not, and likewise Service Ideas reserves the right to no longer do business with Resellers that do not comply with the Policy. Resellers that wish to continue to purchase products outlined in the MAP Pricing Sheet must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Resellers may not advertise or promote products at an advertised price less than the Minimum Advertised Price, as may be updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
- The Policy applies to all advertised prices of Service Ideas products online and in all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, Internet (including ecommerce platforms) or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage.
- The Policy applies only to advertised pricing and does not in any way limit the ability of any Reseller to determine their own resale prices. Resellers are free to sell Service Ideas products at any price they choose.
- This Policy is not intended to set a maximum advertised price.
- It shall not be a violation of this Policy to advertise that a customer may “call for price”, “click for quote”, “add to cart for price” or to use similar language, specifically with respect to Service Ideas products, so long as no price is listed or the price listed is not less than the Minimum Advertised Price; and provided that with respect to online sales, no price is listed or the price listed is not less than the Minimum Advertised Price prior to such product being placed “in cart.”
- The use of a rebate, coupon, promotion, giveaway, or incentives with a product covered by the Policy would be a violation of the policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the Minimum Advertised Price. Similarly, Resellers are not permitted to advertise bundled products if such advertisement has the effect of advertising any Service Ideas product below its Minimum Advertised Price.
- The products covered by this policy are listed in MAP Pricing Sheet. The Minimum Advertised Prices are established solely by Service Ideas and may be adjusted by Service Ideas in its sole discretion. Service Ideas may change or cancel this Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be communicated with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice.
- ENFORCEMENT:
- Service Ideas shall designate an administrator to administer, maintain and enforce this Policy (the “Administrator”). The Administrator is solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the Policy has occurred. The Administrator may deem any action as non-compliant with this Policy if it is intended to circumvent or has the effect of circumventing the letter or spirit of the Policy.
- Service Ideas reviews Resellers’ advertised prices either directly or via the use of third-party agencies or tools. Resellers are expected to provide reasonable cooperation in any Service Ideas investigations regarding possible Policy violations.
- Service Ideas does not intend to do business with Resellers who compromise the integrity of the Service Ideas brand and its products. If the Administrator or Service Ideas determines a Reseller has failed to adhere to this Policy, Service Ideas may: (i) cancel open orders, restrict future orders or suspend a Reseller’s account, or (ii) permanently cease doing business with such Reseller.
- Before suspending or terminating a Reseller’s account, we may first provide the Reseller with the opportunity to come into compliance with this Policy.

This Policy is being unilaterally adopted by Service Ideas and we are not asking you to sign this Policy, nor will we accept any type of acceptance of this Policy. We nevertheless thank you for reviewing this Policy and look forward to doing business with you.
